Special packages must be taken in 1 day and may not spead over a number of days/weeks.

A minimum deposit of 50% of the total treatment value is required when booking any party package or multiple treatments exceeding 1 hour. This is requested by cheque, cash or direct bank transfer to secure the booking and is non-refundable if cancellation is made with less than 7 days notice.
 
All treatment times quoted in this brochure are approximate and may require additional time for setting up and undressing.

Please turn off the volume on your mobile phone when in a treatment.

Smoking is strictly prohibited during treatments.

In the unlikely event that you have any cause for complaint please inform me before I leave. I will do my best to ensure your satisfaction.

Please note that all treatment times are flexible and if you require a different time, please do not hesitate to call me to discuss your requirements.
 
Treatment time availability is subject to seasonal and diary commitments. I may be unavailable on certain dates due to pre arranged commitments. 1 additional week day per week will be taken as holiday in lieu of working on a Saturday/Sunday and this day will vary due to personal commitments. 
 
Sunday bookings:
I accept Sunday bookings by special appointment only. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure Sunday appointments and must be recieved by cheque (with guarantee card details), paypal or direct bank transfer and cleared minimum of 7 days prior to the appointment.

You agree to keep your personal record held by Bellezza updated with your full contact and medical details - which will enable Bellezza to contact you in the event of any change relating to your appointments. Where possible, please provide both landline and mobile telephone numbers.
